In this episode I invited Jason Crowl, a good friend and practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine specialist in acupuncture and a movement based personal trainer. This episode was recorded during the 3rd week of the Covid19 lockdown. Jason and I chatted about the effects on work due to Covid19, working in commercial gym as a personal trainer, explaining Traditional Chinese Medicine, meridian flow, vaccination and martial law. He also gives his recommendations of the best Dim Sum and Wings places to go to.

In this episode I invited Professor Alain Pozo, he is the head coach of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu’s ZR Team UK. He coaches a successful team of high level BJJ competitors, developing athletes from grassroots level to world medalists. Professor Alain and I chatted about staying positive during the Covid19 crisis, the generations of competitive BJJ instructors and his approach on coaching different methods from older styles to new modern day techniques. This leads to an extremely interesting history and an insight to his background story of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the UK, from early 2000’s with his wife Professor Sarah Merriner.

In this episode I invited Darrell Wilson, he is a personal trainer and active meditation practitioner. Darrell and I chatted about the current Covid19 lockdown, early days with his personal training career, studying with some of the leaders of fitness industry Paul Chek, neuroscientists Dax Moy, adapting as a personal trainer with current climate, online training programs, trance like meditation. Darrell also opened up to myself about his mental health, anxiety attacks leading to his departure from working in the city, His simple yet effective advice for people who are going through rough patches and how to change things for the better. Darrell and I hope this episode will help anyone who are dealing with stress and carrying unnecessary pressure.
